1. Shipping Policy:

                    Customers will receive their ordered products within 5-7 working days.

2. Return Policy:

– Return Period: Customers must request a return within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

– Condition of Return: The product should be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories.
1) Damaged product
2) wrong product & wrong size/ colour
3) Quantity issue

– Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a return authorization from buyto before returning the product.

– Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Policy:

– Refund Eligibility: Once the returned product is received and inspected, Buyto will determine its eligibility for a refund.

– Refund Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after the returned product is received.

– Refund Method: The refund will be added as amount in wallet used by the customer once return pickup is done.
